LA Scotch Club will be partnering with The Association in DTLA and John Pauley of Terlato Artisan Spirits to share some great Bunnahabhain and Tobermory expressions.  Just ten years ago, Bunnahabhain was considered an also-ran in single malt circles but an improved lineup and renewed appreciation for its more subtle complexities and created a Renaissance in appreciation for the Islay classic.  The club is looking to bring something extra to the table, and it may the Bunnahabhain 34 year old, which is now priced in the thousands.

We’ll also visit Tobermory, the only distillery on the Isle of Mull.  John has some expressions new to the club including the twenty-one year manzanilla cask finish.
