Acclaimed chef Govind Armstrong is at it again with a menu specifically for the LA Scotch Club’s whisky tasting at Post & Beam Restaurant. Chef Govind has worked in restaurants around the world and is the author of Small Bites, Big Nights: Seductive Little Plates for Intimate Occasions and Lavish Parties. He has appeared often on television, including as a guest judge on Top Chef.
We have a special guest for the event, Mollie Casey of Signatory and Edradour. Edradour, the wee-est distillery on mainland Scotland is a distillery very involved in the formative years of LASC and it’s time again to see what they are up to. Signatory is a cornerstone of the independent whisky companies. We know them for their delicious and unique cask strength bottles and various other lines.
