Format:
Every “judge” will get 4 Glencairns with four unique 1 oz pours that are marked so that you may taste them blindly.  You will rank them in order of 1 through 4 and also grade them on an A thru F scale.  Those who fail to do this will be smeared with ketchup and thrown to Steve’s dogs. The cost is $40. (These are expensive, especially the rare FINO at nearly $400.)  Minis available to all members for $45, to cover glass and effort, etc…

The contestants are the Solist series (which isn’t printed on the labels in America):

1.Vinho Barrique – The bottle that just won a WWA award
2. Fino Sherry – The very expensive and rare one
3. Bourbon casks – The Teddy Kennedy of the lot.
4. Sherry Cask – The awesome one I keep buying for events and recommending
