The LA Scotch Club will be hosting its 3rd International World Cup Championship of the World, where scotch doused drammers team up to learn how to curl, then compete in a tournament for curling’s most prestigious prize, the Mundell Cup.
$40 – Includes curling tournament and instruction by Orange County Curling, Whisky Tasting by Laphroaig and Brandon Bartlett. Pizza will be provided.
For those that don’t know curling, it’s that winter sport with the brooms that Canadians kick butt at, BUT, it was invented in Scotland. This is a very limited event.
Learn the game then watch the sport on tv. It’s Winter Olympics time!
Note: No Scotch & Rocks curler has EVER been rejected by the US Olympic team.
