Summer is Coming

Pasadena.  The land of sun, roses, and Stark Spirits.  This event has been years in the making.  Greg Stark and his wife, Karen, began Stark Spirits in 2014 after years and years of effort to make their dream come true of owning a distillery.  These aren’t just any folks however, they are long-standing LA SCOTCH CLUB members.  That means that this isn’t just any distillery, it’s a distillery in the LASC family.  Club members have been watching eagerly, and even occasionally helping, as Stark quietly began churning out whiskey, rum, gin, brandy, and aquavit.  The processes have been perfected and the spirit is now maturing in casks just in their Rose Bowl neighborhood.  Awards have been piling up, and even the press is taking notice.

This special night at Lucky Baldwin’s in Pasadena will feature all of his spirits and include cocktails made by Greg himself.  Dinner, appetizers, and dessert are included.
