The world wanted single malts and better blends and Scotland gave it to us while Ireland didn’t. Except for a few. Upstart Irish distiller Teeling Whiskey listened and complied. They are now in America with quality blends, single malts, single casks, and all of the whisk(e)y that draws our interest.
